Services for the Whole Family
If you are interested in working with me, here is the process you will go through to get started:
Click Book now on the appropriate appointment type.
Select a date for your appointment and provide contact information on Practice Better.
Pay for appointment.
Receive intake paperwork and forms to fill out before visit.
Return paperwork at least 48-hours before visit.
Join Practice Better video session at selected time for consultation.
After your visit, I will send you a write-up and video detailing your protocol and how to go about ordering your herbal formula.
Follow-ups are scheduled as desired and/or needed.
In between sessions, you can contact me through the chat feature in Practice Better with any questions or concerns.
Acute Herbal and Nutrition Care:
$45/visit
30-minute session and email follow-up. Perfect for support during short-term illnesses, increased stress, and injury recovery. In addition to nutrition and supplement suggestions, I will create a personalized herbal formula for you, and you can either source ingredients yourself or order your formula to be mixed by the herbal compounding pharmacy I use and drop-shipped to your door.
Chronic Herbal and Nutrition Care:
$75/visit
60-minue session and email follow-up. Great for longer-term health concerns, autoimmune conditions, preparation for pregnancy, and postpartum support. You will receive a nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocol tailored to your specific health concerns and/or goals. I will also create a personalized herbal formula for you, and you can either source ingredients yourself or order your formula to be mixed by the herbal compounding pharmacy I use and drop-shipped to your door.
Family Acute and Chronic Care Package:
$400
4 acute and 4 chronic care sessions that can be used by any member of the family at any time. Perfect for families of all sizes and never expires.
Optional add-ons:
A la carte lab testing with no markup for clients is also available. Visit my Rupa Health lab store or contact me to learn more.
